JAM members have a variety of dance backgrounds including high school dance team, studio, college dance team, professional cheer and dance, instruction, choreography and more. With over 100 members from all corners of the state, we are ready to serve you and your competition.

JAM ensures that your scheduled officiating panel are well-educated and knowledgeable professionals. Because our membership includes officials from a variety of backgrounds, JAM requires all members to attend a mandatory annual training workshop prior to the start of each competitive season.

At our annual training, we work in small groups to teach the manual and electronic tabulation process. You can be confident that our members are prepared to tabulate results from small quad meets to large dual-sided invitationals.

JAM uses only current MSHSL dance team routines in our training. We review several hours worth of video and breakdown clips to hone in score sheet categories such as choreography and difficulty, execution and technique.
